CASHIER
- Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers
- Collect payments
- Provide excellent customer service
- Issue change, receipts, refunds, or tickets

- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
- Resolve customer concerns, guide them, and provide relevant information

DRIVER
- Transport pizza from restaurant to customers
- Efficient, friendly, and service-oriented
- Top candidates will be familiar with the area in which we deliver, and will remain up-to-date with our restaurant’s promotions
- Check orders before delivery to ensure that the correct products have been made, and that charges are accurate
- Transport items to customers at their desired locations
- Manage cash and card payments upon delivery, as needed
- Adhere to road and traffic regulations
- Remain up-to-date with the restaurant’s promotions, and inform customers of these accordingly
- Anticipate and respond to customers’ queries
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license for the area in which you will be working
- Friendly, service-oriented disposition
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in a similar position will be advantageous
- Able to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays, as needed

COOK
- Prepare and deliver food that is not only delicious and cooked to the specifications of the customer but that is safe and fresh
- Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
- Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
- Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods
- Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
- Occasionally serve food
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
- Handle and store ingredients and food
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils
- Execute opening and closing procedures
- Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients
- Monitor station inventory levels
- Accommodate guests’ special requests
- Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills and fryers

- Ensure incoming staff complies with company policy
- Train staff to follow restaurant procedures
- Maintain safety and food quality standards
- Keep customers happy and handle complaints
- Organize schedules
- Keep track of employees’ hours
- Record payroll data
- Order food, linens, gloves and other supplies while staying within budget limitations
- Supervise daily shift operations
- Ensure all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
- Coordinate daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Appraise staff performance
- Interviewing/recruiting new employees
- Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels
